Main Responsibilities
  • Provide information and training to clients on products and their usage, responding promptly to their inquiries.
  • Collect information on client needs and feedback regarding products.
  • Provide support in resolving technical issues related to products.
  • Update systems with new versions.
Technical Skills and Soft Skills
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals.
  • System-level knowledge of various operating systems and platforms, particularly:
    • Linux (CentOS and Red Hat)
    • Windows
    • Virtualization technologies (VMware and Nutanix)
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostGres).
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and problem-solving attitude.
  • Autonomy in problem-solving, even under stress/emergency conditions.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in client relations.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
Education
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a technical diploma in Computer Science or Electronics.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred (French, German, Spanish).
Prerequisites and/or Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Technological skills.
