IT Systems Specialist

• Identifying and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software, ensuring rapid restoration of functionality.
• Monitoring and managing assistance requests through the company’s ticketing system.
• Planning and executing the distribution of company software across various platforms and devices.
• Monitoring and maintaining our client’s systems to identify potential issues and resolve them as needed.
• Configuring and managing system alarms to ensure timely response to any anomalies.
• Developing and managing deployment packages for software installation.
• Collaborating with the Helpdesk team to provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues.
• Participating in company IT projects, contributing to the planning, implementation and management of new technological solutions.

• Familiar with virtualization systems such as VMware, Nutanix and KVM Linux
• Able to manage and maintin various Linux Operating Systems (RHEL, Rocky, Ubuntu).
• Manage Docker Container system through Docker API or CLI.
• Capable of managing a PostgreSQL Database.
• Skilled in automating processes with Ansible.
• Knoledgeable in system monitoring using Zabbix.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and timely.

• You have at least 3 years of previous experience as an IT Systems Specialist.
• Technological skills.
