Main Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues reported by users according to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), interacting with various company Department
  • Respond to user requests and issues; log activities performed in the ticketing system
  • Resolve or escalate issues to second-level support, optimizing system performance while respecting predefined service levels (SLA)
  • Ensure service delivery in compliance with established service levels (slas)
  • Provide technical support for the installation and configuration of application software
Technical Skills and Soft Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Knowledge of Linux systems
  • SQL skills
  • Basic networking knowledge (communication protocols in Microsoft and Linux environments)
Education
  • High School Diploma in IT/telecommunications/electronics
Prerequisites and/or Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
