Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Skills and Soft SkillsEducationPrerequisites and/or Experience
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues reported by users according to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), interacting with various company Department
- Respond to user requests and issues; log activities performed in the ticketing system
- Resolve or escalate issues to second-level support, optimizing system performance while respecting predefined service levels (SLA)
- Ensure service delivery in compliance with established service levels (slas)
- Provide technical support for the installation and configuration of application software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of Linux systems
- SQL skills
- Basic networking knowledge (communication protocols in Microsoft and Linux environments)
- High School Diploma in IT/telecommunications/electronics
- At least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
