Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: organize team activities and set priorities, act as the point of reference for technical escalations, and foster team members’ professional growth.
  • IT and Workplace Support: ensure effective user support and manage the entire digital workplace lifecycle, including devices, provisioning, configurations, and asset inventory.
  • Cloud and On-Premises Infrastructure: oversee the operation of cloud services and server systems (Linux and Windows), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, Proxmox VE), Software Defined Storage and NAS systems, networking and perimeter security solutions (Fortinet), Active Directory, and backup systems (Veeam), ensuring business continuity, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
  • Microsoft 365 Services: manage and maintain the M365 environment, including identity and access management, email services, collaboration tools, licensing, and security policies.
  • Security and Compliance: ensure alignment of activities with the requirements of adopted ISO certifications, particularly ISO/IEC 27001, and support internal and external audits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with the DevOps team, the NOC, and the Commercial Management team to ensure service reliability and provide support for national and international deployments.
Technical Skills and Soft Skills
  • Experience in managing on-premises IT infrastructures, including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (Nutanix, Proxmox, VMware), storage systems, and Fortinet networking solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and their administration.
  • Experience in IT support and workplace management, including service desk operations and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with information security principles and ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL), particularly for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam) and familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and timely.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Prerequisites and/or Experience
  • At least 5 years in the IT sector, in both technical and managerial roles
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, Linux LPIC/RHCSA) or certifications in Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus.
Salary range
  • 45 – 50K
