Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Skills and Soft SkillsEducationPrerequisites and/or Experience
- Management and monitoring of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and security.
- Support for the adoption of new technologies and the implementation of new solutions.
- Technical support for internal users regarding advanced queries and issues.
- Preparation of process and procedure documentation, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with other departments in the implementation of ICT solutions.
- Collaboration with the team to resolve technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Experience with both Linux and Windows server operating systems.
- Expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Proxmox, or similar virtualization environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to design, review, and validate complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and timely.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- At least 5 years in the IT sector, in both technical and managerial roles
