Prerequisites and/or Experience
- International business development: Conduct scouting activities for current and potential partners and clients, understand customer needs and expectations to propose suitable solutions, oversee the assigned area through client visits, present and demonstrate the company’s products/services, organize targeted promotional events and participate in industry trade fairs, handle issues and manage customer complaints, prepare regular reports on activities and results achieved, plan and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Commercial negotiation management: Conduct negotiation activities, developing and maintaining the customer portfolio.
- Monitoring & reporting: Update the CRM and analyze and meet the objectives assigned by the department manager.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and manage offers.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to analyze key sales KPIs (revenue, margin, collections).
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Goal-oriented.
- Teamwork skills.

- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Availability to travel abroad.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in an economic or technical field
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred.
