Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Skills and Soft SkillsEducationPrerequisites and/or Experience
- Preparation for installation/removal of electronic and IT equipment
- IT support (hardware and software) and client training
- Reporting
- Operational skills in electrical and electronic installations
- Ability to install and configure software programs
- Knowledge of IP networks (basic or advanced)
- Knowledge of RF networks (radio frequency, basic or advanced)
- Proficiency with tools and materials
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork capability
- Availability and flexibility for work shifts and schedules
- Willingness to work off-site
- Adaptability
- Stress management skills
High School Diploma (in IT/telecommunications/electronics)
- Computer skills (Windows operating system + Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mail)
- Knowledge of home/enterprise LAN networks
- Electrical skills for civil and industrial installations, and vehicles
- Ability to use tools for creating electrical systems
- Driver’s license
