Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Skills and Soft SkillsEducationPrerequisites and/or Experience
- Preparation and staging: initial configuration, operating system installation, and customization of PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Server configuration: physical and logical assembly of rack and tower servers.
- Virtualization: installation and configuration of hyper-converged clusters using Proxmox VE and Nutanix AHV.
- Testing and quality assurance: execution of hardware tests, verification of network connectivity, and validation of redundancy parameters.
- Troubleshooting: diagnosis and resolution of hardware issues or software incompatibilities during the setup phase.
- Documentation: drafting technical test reports and maintaining the asset inventory.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system configuration.
- Ability to install, configure, and manage applications.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid analytical mindset.
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in operational and procedural activities.
- Ability to manage priorities autonomously and effectively.
- High School Diploma (in IT/telecommunications/electronics)
- Experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware components
