Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Skills and Soft SkillsEducationPrerequisites and/or Experience
- Provide information and training to clients on products and their usage, responding promptly to their inquiries.
- Collect information on client needs and feedback regarding products.
- Provide support in resolving technical issues related to products.
- Update systems with new versions.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals.
- System-level knowledge of various operating systems and platforms, particularly:
- Linux (CentOS and Red Hat)
- Windows
- Virtualization technologies (VMware and Nutanix)
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostGres).
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving attitude.
- Autonomy in problem-solving, even under stress/emergency conditions.
- Discretion and confidentiality in client relations.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a technical diploma in Computer Science or Electronics.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred (French, German, Spanish).
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Technological skills.
