Data Center Technical Operator

• Performing basic electrical work, including the installation of power outlets, cable trays, and electrical panels, in compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Structured cabling and LAN network configuration, with a strong focus on the orderly and efficient organization of server rooms and rack cabinets.
• Preparation of network cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A), ensuring optimal performance and minimizing interference.
• Installation of network devices, including patch panels, switches, routers, and other equipment, ensuring the full operational capability of the infrastructure.
• Rack installation and maintenance of servers within our data center/server room environments.
• Interpretation of electrical schematics and network layouts, ensuring accurate execution of installations and effective activity planning.
• Active collaboration with the IT team to seamlessly integrate electrical and network infrastructures within the company’s technology environment.
• Troubleshooting and fault resolution, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the operational continuity of systems.

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and installations.
• Strong hands-on skills and proficiency in the use of electrical tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and technologies.
